What's the difference between product video and product photography, and do I need both?
Product photography shows a still, considered shot of your range, while product video adds motion, sound and pacing, showing how something opens, moves or feels in a way a still image can't. Most brands use both together: photography for clean listing shots, and video for detail, demonstration and social content.
What types of video do you produce?
We produce four core types: product and e-commerce video for clean, conversion-ready listings; 360° spin video for a browsable, tactile feel; social and lifestyle video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok; and brand or corporate video with full art direction. Most clients combine a few of these from a single shoot.
Do you handle scripting and storyboarding, or do I need to arrange this myself?
Either works. If you already have a script or storyboard, we'll shoot to it; if not, our production team will help develop a simple shot list or concept with you before the shoot day, so nothing is decided on the fly.
Is editing, motion graphics and music included?
Yes. Our all-inclusive service brings together filming, editing, motion graphics and licensed music, alongside our production management, so you don't need to arrange each part of post-production separately.
How much does product or brand video cost?
Cost depends on the type of video, number of products or scenes, and length of the final edit, so we don't quote a flat price online. Get in touch and we'll put together a free, tailored quote based on your brief.
What file formats and aspect ratios will I receive?
We deliver whatever your platforms need - typically landscape (16:9) for your website and YouTube, square (1:1) for feed posts, and vertical (9:16) for Stories, Reels and TikTok - exported in standard, high-quality video formats.
Do you shoot on location, or in the studio only?
Both. We shoot in our studios in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter and London, and can also arrange location filming when a brief calls for a more lifestyle or brand-led setting.
How long does a video shoot and edit take?
Turnaround depends on the number of products, scenes and length of the final edit - a focused product or 360° spin video can often be turned around in a few working days, while a full brand or campaign video typically takes longer to allow for planning, filming and editing.
